The chat does not appear

Make sure the script is on every page, clear the cache and temporarily disable ad blockers. If your site is https, the script URL must be https too.

Message: this website is not on the allow-list (origin_not_allowed)

Add your domain in the dashboard (both www and non-www), save, then press “Test connection”.

Message: could not reach the chat service

Make sure the “Chat & tickets” bot is running and your subscription is active, then press “Test connection” in the dashboard.

The chat language is wrong

The chat follows the lang attribute of your html tag (ar or en), and visitors can switch it inside the chat.

I changed the colours but nothing changed

Changes appear within 5 minutes because of caching. If you use the file, download it again.
